Maximum Efficiency – Minimal Vibrations
The Di-Pro™ represents a new standard of high-end polishing/filing machines with an increased focus on the operators well-being. The low levels of vibration* of the Di-Pro™ greatly reduces the risk of Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) - without compromising performance.
The new Di-Pro™ from Diprofil is optimized to provide maximum efficiency, but with vibrations below the regulatory 2,5m/s˛ (ISO 8662-1). This is made possible with Diprofil’s new patent-pending design. This design is the result of combining the long legacy of high quality and performance of the Classic Diprofil Machine with new, ingenious vibration-reducing technology.
To achieve as low vibration levels as possible, the machine has been optimized for tools within a certain weight-span. This is based on Diprofil´s long experience in tools normally used with this type of machine and keeping within this weight-span gives optimal efficiency in relation to the vibration levels.
For the best efficiency to vibration-ratio, the following tools are recommended:
• Diprofil diamond files type DLA, DLE, DLF, DLM and DBE
• Selected Diprofil lapping tools
• Selected Diprofil polishing tools
The machine will be available with the following drive sources:
Integrated air motor, Flexible shaft (slip-joint / ball-joint), Integrated micro-motor and connections for the most common micro-motors of other brands.
